Cloud Professional Services
Consulting, engineering, project delivery, and technical excellence. We embed into your organization, get access to required systems, and start contributing in whatever way is necessary to attain your goals. These are the pricing models:
- Time and materials (T&M)
- Project timeline estimation
- Pay as you go against hourly rates
- Fixed fee (FF)
- Monthly (retainer)
- Milestone (per deliverable)
The baseline hourly fee is $150.
Cloud Managed Services
SysOps and SRE support (on-call, incident response). We get onboarded into your environments and instrument your systems with appropriate metrics to detect and alert on outages and degradations. We maintain a set of runbooks to appropriately manage your system.
Incidents and outages will have a triage and root cause analysis process with an actionable game plan to remediate system weak points. Remediation time will be billed with the Professional Services rates above.
Incidents will incur fees to incentivize system improvements.
